医师多点执业与三级医疗制度必要性的探讨

摘　　要：2009年新出台的医改方案中,"医师多点执业"引起了医疗界的广泛关注。从今年1月1日开始,广东省作为全国唯一省级试点,开始开展医师多点执业,试验期为三年时间。"医师多点执业"是医改中的"亮点",其目的是为了进一步合理利用优势医疗资源,为群众服务。但如何处理好"医院-医师-患者"三者之间的关系,将影响"医师多点执业"实施的成功。因此,本文将提出"三级医疗制度"模式及其完善的必要性。＂Multi-site practice for physician＂ has aroused extensive attention in health sector. Since January 1st, Guangdong Province as the only pilot province has carried out the multi-site practice for physician system with three-year pilot duration. This is also the highlight of the heahhcare reform, the purpose of which is to further use the medical resources reasonably and serve the mass. How to deal with the relationship among ＂hospital-physician-patient＂ may affect the new system implementation. In this case, we put forward the mode and improvement of three-level medical system and the necessity to improve it.
