综合医院精神科病房的现状及管理对策

摘　　要：由于综合医院精神卫生服务具有更大的人群接受性、躯体疾病和精神疾病共病的问题,使得综合医院精神科近年来发展迅猛。本文通过对综合性医院病房设置、收治病人标准、安全风险、病房管理、经济效益等现状进行分析,提出了完善病房管理制度,加强风险管理,规范陪客管理,开展优质护理,提高护士的综合素质、应急能力等,以促进综合医院精神科病房健康持续发展。Due to easier acceptance and comorbidity of physical and mental disorders, the mental health services in general hospitals gained rapid development in recent years. Based on the status quo analysis of ward settings, patients admission standards, safety, risks, ward management, economic benefits in general hospital, countermeasures were put forward to improve ward management system, strengthen risk management, standardize accompanying persons management, conduct quality care and improve the overall quality of nurses and emergency response capabilities in order to promote the sustainable development of psychiatric ward in general hospital.
