摘　　要：主要采用文献资料、比较研究等方法,依据美国著名战略学家波特的竞争优势理论,构建河北省竞技体育竞争优势分析框架,对河北省在历届全运会和第四、五、六届城市运动会的所获成绩进行统计,分析河北省竞技体育的竞争优势,找出竞技体育竞争优势的资源。With the literature, comparative research methods, this article designed an analysis framework for the competitive advantage of competitive sports in Hebei province on American famous strategy scientist Potter＇s competitive advantage theory. It analyzed the competitive advantage of competitive sports in our province though the previous games and the fourth, the five or six City Games by scores and fund out the competitive advantages of competitive sports resources in Hebei province.
