摘 要:针对再制造系统中存在的多重不确定性使瓶颈工位具有动态性,给瓶颈工位的预测与改善带来困难的问题,以再制造系统为研究对象,考虑因回收件质量不确定导致的再制造率、零件退出率及加工时间的动态变化,提出有效产出时间这一瓶颈指数;采用离散事件仿真模拟系统运行过程,获得各工位瓶颈指数的实时数据,实现动态瓶颈的可视化;采用正交试验方法研究回收件质量与瓶颈工序及系统性能的内在联系。以车床主轴再制造系统为例,完成动态瓶颈分析的案例研究。结果表明:回收件质量的不确定性对系统瓶颈及其他性能有显著影响。所提瓶颈指数和动态瓶颈分析方法为再制造系统的设计和瓶颈分析提供了有效的依据。Aiming at the dynamics of bottleneck station made by multiple uncertainties existed in remanufacturing systems,the remanufacturing systems was taken as the object to propose a new bottleneck index of Effective Through Put Time (ETPT) by considering the dynamic changes of remanufacturing rate,withdrawal rate and processing time leaded by returns' quality uncertainty.Discrete event simulation was adopted to simulate the system operation,and the real time data of each bottleneck workstations index were obtained,which realized the visualization of dynamic bottleneck.The inherent relationship of returns' quality with bottleneck process and system performance was researched by orthogonal test.A lathe spindles remanufacturing line was used to analyze the dynamic bottleneck,and the result showed that return's quality had great influence on system bottleneck and other performances.The proposed bottleneck index and the corresponding approach could provide effective basis for the design and bottleneck analysis of remanufacturing system.
