摘  要:为了更加科学地确定低碳标杆对象,有效地找到铸造过程中降低碳排放的方向与量化目标,提出基于工序碳源的砂型铸造低碳对标模型。通过分析砂型铸造生产过程的特点,建立了铸造过程基础碳源及其计算模型,在此基础上构建了基于工序碳源的铸造过程低碳对标模型。提出考虑工艺路线与工序碳源相似度相结合的低碳对标相似度计算模型;建立了对标工序模块碳排放模型、对标模块设备生产力模型和铸造过程低碳对标潜力模型,实现了砂型铸造低碳对标潜力的量化描述。结合某砂型铸造企业造型生产线,计算了该生产线的低碳对标相似度和对标潜力值,为实现企业铸造过程有效低碳对标提供了支持。To select the benchmark of low carbon casting scientifically and to identify the quantitative carbon emission targets,a low carbon benchmarking modcling of sand casting based on process carbon sources was proposed.Through analyzing the feature of sand casting production processes,the carbon emission calculation method of sand casting based on process carbon sources was constructed.The similarity calculation model of low carbon benchmarking was established by considering influence of process route and process carbon sources similarity.The benchmarking process modules carbon emission model,benchmarking modules production capacity model and benchmarking potential model of low carbon casing were built,and the quantitative description method of benchmarking potential method was realized.The low carbon benchmarking similarity and benchmarking potential value were calculated to provide support for realizing the effective low carbon of energy-saving and emission-reduction for sand casting enterprises.
