博士研究生科研创新能力培养主要影响因素的调查分析——以西南大学首届博士研究生国家奖学金获得者为例

摘　　要：以西南大学首届博士研究生国家奖学金获得者及部分导师为调查访谈对象,调查获奖学生取得突出科研创新成果的原因,分析博士生科研创新能力培养的主要影响因素.建议扩大直博(硕博)连读比例、推行"申请——审核"制,以保障生源质量;加大创新类课程,强化案例教学,营造学术氛围,实施学科交叉培养,推行创新培养方式;取消"终身制",提倡权利义务相对应,推行导师组制度,以强化导师作用;科学规范、有效实施,以完善评价方式.This paper focuses on the core of doctoral education-innovation capability cultivation.Through interviewing the Doctoral National Scholarship Winners and Doctoral Advisors,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main factors affecting doctoral students’innovation capacity.This paper proposes the fol-lowing suggestions：Enlarging the direct enrollment of doctoral students from excellent undergraduates and implementing the “Application-Review”system to ensure the quality of student resources;Developing the innovative courses,case studies courses and interdisciplinary courses to innovate the cultivating model;Canceling the advisors’life-long tenure and emphasizing the team works as well as their appropriate rights and responsibilities to intensify the advisors’role;Implementing a scientific and effective evaluation sys-tem.
