摘  要:川西须家河组气藏为高温、高压、含CO2腐蚀性介质的有水气藏,且产出水矿化度高,早期开采气井在生产过程中出现严重的腐蚀现象,影响了气井的正常生产。针对该气藏气井的腐蚀情况,通过室内模拟实验,采用失重法及电化学法筛选了对油管管材(N80钢)有较好缓蚀效果的缓蚀剂HGY-9。HGY-9缓蚀剂是一种阳极抑制型缓蚀剂,当缓蚀剂浓度为50mg/L时就能达到缓蚀目的,当缓蚀剂浓度为100mg/L时达到最佳缓蚀效果,气井连续加注缓蚀剂后,产水中铁离子含量明显降低,气井生产管柱得到了有效保护,为该气藏的安全开发提供了技术支持。Xujiahe gas reservoir in West Sichuan is a high-temperature, high-pressure, water gasreservoir with CO2 corrosive media and high salinity of the produced water. Serious corrosion in earlymining wells affected gas well normal production. The indoor simulation experiments, the weight lossmethod and electrochemical method were used to screen inhibitor for tubing pipes (N80 steel) of thegas reservoirs. HGY-9 inhibitor has better inhibition effect. HGY-9 inhibitor is an anodic suppressioninhibitor. It can achieve effect for corrosion control when the inhibitor concentration is 50mg/L, andoptimum corrosion inhibition effect when the inhibitor concentration is 100mg/L. for the continuousfilling inhibitor well, the iron ions in water was significantly lower and gas well production string has beeneffectively protected, which provides technical support for the security development of gas reservoir.
