摘　　要：本文基于随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的变化规律 ,以及相应的随机时变抗力模型及其计算方法 ,建立了随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的静力可靠度理论与计算方法。为了处理时变荷载与时变抗力的可靠度问题 ,提出了随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的时变超越率的计算法 ,以及随机时变界限法。Based on the law of the random time dependent reinforced concrete structure, and its relative random time dapendent resistance model and its computing method, the static reliability theory and its computing method of the random time dependent reinforced concrete structure was set up To deal with the reliability of time dependen load and resistance, we put forward a computing method of the time passage ratio and the random time dependent boundary method of the random time dependent reinforced concrete structure
