摘　　要：大学文化是高校育人软实力的体现,构建、培育和创新大学文化是高校实现文化传承与创新的历史使命.新建院校成立时间较短,精神文化建设相对薄弱,尤其需要稳步推进内涵建设,构建起融精神文化、制度文化、物质文化、行为文化于-体的大学文化体系,为提高人才培养水平,提升学校的核心竞争力提供重要保证.The College culture is the reflection of the soft force of nurturing talents in colleges. To construct,nurture and create college culture is a necessary way to realize the cultural heritage in colleges. The newly - established higher Learning institutions should construct the collegeculture system which merges cultures of spirit, system, material and acting into a whole, so as touphold the level of talent - training and promote the core competition.
