摘　　要：针对西安新筑铁路集装箱中心站存在的具体问题，应用PEST分析法，即从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面进行了分析。得出结论：只要抓住国家提出的“建设丝绸之路经济带”的战略发展机遇，依靠陕西近年在经济上取得的巨大成就，全社会形成共识，通过物联网应用等技术进步，所存在具体问题就可迎刃而解。Based on the concrete pwblems in Xi＇an XittZhu railway container center , the paper uses the PEST analysis politically, economically, socially and technologically. The paper draws the conclusion that as long as we grab the strategic development opportunities of ＂constructing the Silk Road Economic Belt＂ , put forward by the country, rely on the economic success of Shaanxi in recent years, form a consensus of whole society, and employ the technological progress about the applications of the Internet , the specific problems can besmoothly solved.
