摘　　要：政治动员是中共开展革命活动的重要手段。新闻宣传服务于政治动员,是其不可或缺的一环。上海"四反"运动期间,新闻媒介对资产阶级的报道,从理论到实践,由表及里,由浅入深,有节奏地渐次展开。运动伊始,媒体重点报道周恩来关于民族资产阶级存在积极进步与黑暗腐朽的两面性的说法,并组织文章诠释,使之深入人心;然后从思想改造角度说明"四反"的必要性,并根据资本家对运动的态度和违法情节轻重而分别处理。Political motivation is an important method of the revolution by the CPC. The news advocating serves political motivation, which is indispensable. During the period of the ＂Four Revohs＂ in Shanghai, the Press ＇ reports on the bourgeoisie gradually developed in order,from the outside to the inside, and from the shallow to the deep. At the beginning of the movement,the Press mainly reported Zhou Enlai＇ s statement of the dual character of the positive progress and the dark corruption in the national bourgeoisie, and organized passages to explain it, making it impressive. Then they explained the necessity of the ＂Four Revohs＂ in the aspect of thought transfor- mation, and respectively dealt with the capitalists based on their attitudes on the movement and the degree of their illegal crimes.
