摘　　要：给出了利用 PSPICE程序对 AIC参数分析设计的新方法 ,以达到在 AIC生产过程中 ,对其参数的预测分析 ,找出影响参数元件的选值 ,从而达到优化设计的目的 ,同时它也可以作为模拟生产过程质量控制的方法。A new method for designing and analyzing parameters of analog integrated circuits with PSPICE is presented which is an optimal design in the manufacturing of analog integrated circuits by forecasting analyzing their parameters and getting out the elect values that influencing the parametric cells. Furthermore, the method can be a quality control means in simulating the manufacturing process.
