论聊城市污灌区农业的可持续发展

摘　　要：在水资源日趋紧缺的背景下，有必要对聊城市农田进行适度污灌。从污灌对农业可持续发展的制约进行分析，认为聊城市污灌区农业可持续发展必须制定和完善相应法律法规；加强污灌区农业环境的调查、监测和污染治理工作；合理利用水资源，提高水的利用率；提高农业技术水平，积极发展集约型高效生态农业。Under the background of water resource shortage in Liaocheng, the actuality of polluted irrigation and its limitation to sustainable agriculture development were analized. For sustainable agriculture development of the polluted irrigated areas, investigation, supervisions and countermeasures to agriculture should be strengthened; the regulations must be laid out to use water resources properly; and to increase its using efficiency; and agricultural technology and intensive, high-efficiency ecological agriculture should be developed and promoted.
