摘　　要：随着肝移植技术的推广应用、数字影像技术的不断发展和先进外科设备的不断更新,精准肝脏外科的理念处于不断优化之中.精准肝切除术不是指具体某一种手术技术或器械,它更强调出血少、损伤小、恢复快、效果好,是一种仍在不断完善和优化的现代肝脏外科治疗理念.“手术出血更少、手术时间更短、术后恢复更好,长期生存更长”应当是精准肝切除术追求的目标和遵循理念之一.With the wide application of liver transplantation techniques, rapid development of digital imaging medicine and continuous update of surgical implements, the theory of precision hepatectomy still keeps optimizing. Precision hepatectomy is not a surgical implement or surgical technique, but a concept of liver surgery emphasizing less bleeding, minimal invasion, fast recovery and long-term curative effect, which is updating and improving with the development of modem science. Much less intraoperative bleeding, shorter operation time, better postoperative recovery and long-term survival should be the chief pursuit and principle of precision hepateetomy.
