摘 要:该文介绍了一种利用光纤本身具有的高精度相位延迟的性质 ,将光纤传感技术应用于激光动态定距测量系统中 ,通过测量参考光路与测试光路的光信号之间基于光程差而引起的相位差 ,来测量预定距离的一种原理方案。根据鉴相的理论基础 ,该文阐述了光纤传感器在动态定距测量系统中的功能 ;针对特定的环境 ,对鉴相系统作了重要改进 ;分析了改进后系统的测距灵敏度、精度 ,讨论了改进后系统所具有的优点 ,并对系统的应用和发展前景作出评估。A method about optic fiber sensor technology applied to laser dynamic fixed distance ranging system was introduced in this paper. According to the instinctive characteristic of optic fiber that the fiber can cause the high precision phase shift, the system measured the predetermined ranging distance by means of measuring the phase difference between the measuring light signal and the reference light signal caused by their different light courses. Based on the phase demodulation theory, the function of optic fiber sensor in the system was described in this paper. An important reformation to the phase demodulation system for specific environment was introduced. The ranging sensitivity and the ranging precision of the new system were analyzed. The advantages were described, and the evaluation of the application and development prospect of the research was given as well.
