摘 要:目的应用T1p-MRI技术评估雌性恒河猴腰椎骨密度与椎间盘退变的相关关系。方法选取20只雌性恒河猴,年龄4~20岁,平均10.9岁;体重5.3~10.8kg,平均7.4kg。采用Osteocore双能x线骨密度仪测定L4.5,及双髋ward三角区骨密度值。采用1.5Tesla磁共振仪对L4.5,椎间盘进行Pfirrmann分级并测定其T1P弛豫时间(T1P值)。分析TID值及Pfirrmarm分级与年龄、体重及腰椎、髋骨ward三角区骨密度值的相关关系。结果腰椎骨密度值为(0.64±0.17)g/cm2,髋骨ward三角区为(0.67±0.19)g/cm2,比较差异无统计学意义(t=-2.893,P=0.128)。L4、5椎间盘按Pfirrmann分级标准:Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级5例。腰椎间盘T1p值为(104.08±18.65)ms,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分别为(121.31±13.44)、(104.73±15.01)、(77.41±11.87)ms。腰椎间盘Tip值与年龄、腰椎及髋骨ward三角区骨密度值均成负相关,L4、5椎间盘Pfirrmann分级与以上指标均成正相关;L4、5椎间盘Pfirrmann分级与腰椎间盘T1p值成负相关。结论腰椎间盘T1p值可作为椎间盘退变的量化评价指标,雌性恒河猴腰椎骨密度与腰椎间盘退变成正相关关系。Objective To analyze the relationship between the bone mineral density (BMD) and lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in rhesus macaques by using Tlp-MRI. Methods Twenty female rhesus macaques at the age of 10.9 years on average (rang, 4-20 years) were selected. The lumbar intervertebral discs were classified by Pfirrmann grading system and the T lp relaxation time (Tlp value) was examined by using MRI (Phili ps 1.5 Tesla), and then BMD values of the L4. 5 vertebrae and femoral ward's triangle were detected by using Osteocore dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Finally, the relationship of T lp value of the lumbar intervertebral discs and Pfirrmann grading with age, weight, BMD of lumbar vertebrae and femoral ward's triangle was analyzed. Results The BMD values of lumbar vertebrae and femoral ward's triangle were (0.64 ± 0.17) g/cm2 and (0.67 ± 0.19) g/cm2 respectively, showing no significant difference (t=2.893, P=0.128). According to Pfirrmnn grading system, there were 7 cases of grade Ⅰ, 8 cases of grade Ⅱ, and 5 cases of grade Ⅲ at L4. 5 intervertebral discs. The T lp value of the lumbar intervertebral disc was (104.08 ± 18.65) ms; the Tlp values of gradesⅠ、Ⅱ、and Ⅲ were (121.31 ± 13.44), (104.73 ± 15.01), and (77.41 ± 11.87) ms, respectively. There was a negative correlation between Tip value and the age and the BMD of lumbar vertebrae and femoral ward's triangle. There was a positive correlation between Pfirrmann grading and the variables as listed above. Significant negative linear correlation was also observed between Tlp value and Pfirrmann grading. Conclusion The Tlp value is a reliable index when quantifying lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration, and there is a significant positive correlation between BMD and lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in rhesus macaques.
