激光光凝术联合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨激光光凝术联合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的临床效果。方法选取2008年7月至2012年7月我院确诊的DR患者100例(126眼),随机分为观察组50例(62眼)与对照组50例(64眼),对照组给予单纯激光光凝术治疗,观察组给予激光光凝术联合中药治疗,比较两组治疗疗效、眼底病变改善情况以及治疗前后血液流变学测定结果。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率(84.38%)要明显小于观察组(95.16%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.337,P<0.05)。对照组与观察组治疗前后眼底病变均有一定程度的改善,且观察组改善情况均较对照组更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。观察组治疗前后各血液流变学指标测定结果差异均有显著统计学意义(均为P<0.01),但对照组治疗前后各项血液流变学测定结果差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),观察组治疗后各项血液流变学测定结果均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论与单纯激光光凝术相比,激光光凝手术联合中药治疗DR疗效更为显著。Objective To explore the effects of laser photocoagulation and Chinese traditional medicine for diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods A total of 100 patients（ 126 eyes）with DR in our hospital during July 2008 and July 2012 were chosen and randomly divided into control group（ 50 cases ,62 eyes）and observation group（ 50 cases, 64 eyes）. The control group received laser single photocoagulation surgery, and the observation group was given laser photocoagulation surgery and Chinese medicine pharmaceutical treatment. And the efficacy, various types of retinopathy and hemorheology measurement results were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group was 84.38% ,lower than that in observation group（95.16% ） ,and there was statistical difference between the two groups （x^2 = 12.337, P 〈 0.05 ）. The retinopathy has been improved before and after treatment, and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group（P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. There was no statistical difference in hemorheology before and after treatment in the control group （ all P 〉 0.05 ）, and there were statistical differences in the observation group before and after treatment （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）, and there were statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of laser photocoagulation and Chinese traditional medicine for DR are better than the single laser photocoagulation.
