摘 要:目的:探讨半夏泻心汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠胃动力的调控机制。方法:采用STZ法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,并分为模型组、吗丁啉组(0.03g/kg)、二甲双胍组(1.80g/kg)、半夏泻心汤高(10.20g/kg)、中(5.10g/kg)、低(2.55g/kg)剂量组,另设正常动物为空白组,灌胃一周后测定各组大鼠体重变化、胃肠排空率和肠推进率,胃窦组织c-kit表达情况以及胃动素、sp物质含量。结果:半夏泻心汤浓度在2.55~10.20g/kg对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠胃动力具有调控作用,与模型组相比,吗丁啉组、二甲双胍组、半夏泻心汤高剂量组、半夏泻心汤中剂量组给药后鼠重增加,半夏泻心汤高剂量组大鼠胃排空率降低;二甲双胍组、半夏泻心汤中剂量组肠推进率降低;二甲双胍组、半夏泻心汤高剂量组、半夏泻心汤中剂量组大鼠胃窦组织c-kit表达增加;二甲双胍组、半夏泻心汤高剂量组、半夏泻心汤中剂量组、半夏泻心汤低剂量组大鼠胃窦组织MOT、SP含量增加。结论:半夏泻心汤对糖尿病大鼠胃动力的调控作用可能与促进c-kit表达和MOT、SP的分泌有关。Objective: To explore Banxiaxin decoction on gastric motility regulation mechanism of the rat diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: The rats dealed by STZ method were rannomly divided into model group,domperidone treatment group( 0. 03g /kg),metformin treatment group( 1. 80g /kg),Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of high( 10. 20g /kg),Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of middle( 5. 10g /kg),Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of low( 2. 25g /kg),besides of normal group. Such indexes as content of rat weight,stomach residue rate,express of gastro-c-kit,motilin( MOT),substance P( SP) were tested. Result: Banxiaxiexin Decotion concentration of 2. 55 ~ 10.20g /kg gastricmotility in diabetic gastroparesis with a regulatory role. Compared with the modle group,Domperidone treatment group,the metformin treatment group,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of high,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of middle of rat weight increased( P < 0. 05),metformin treatment group,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of high stomach residue ratedecreases( P < 0.05),metformin treatment group,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of high,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of middle express of gastro-c-kit increased( P < 0. 05),metformin treatment group,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of high,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of middle,Banxiaxiexin decoction treament group dose of low MOT and SP increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The secretion of Banxiaxiexin decoction on the regulation of gastric motility in diabetic tats may promote expression of c-kit and MOT、SP.
