摘　　要：在广泛分析当前国内外先进淬火机床的基础上 ,采用计算机数控、步进电机、滚珠丝杠和多轴嵌套等先进技术 ,有效解决了多种复杂淬火工艺下的控制精度问题 ,研制出符合我国国情的功能性强、配套性好的通用淬火机床 。On the basis of doing comprehensive research on domestic and overseas advanced quench machine tool,using many advanced technique,such as computer numeric control,step motory,ball-screw and multi-axial nesting,this paper solves the problem of complex quenching technique control-precision,devises a new-style general induction-quench machine tool that is fit for the situation of our country,and solves the problem of the quench of key part that the Luoyang first tractor manufactory imported from FIAT.
