摘　　要：经费问题是数字信息资源长期保存实施过程中需要解决的关键问题之一。在分析国际上理论研究与实践经验的基础上,提出了我国数字信息资源长期保存的经费保障策略,包括:国家主导经费投入;将数字保存纳入公共信息管理机构的经费预算范围;通过合作项目共同承担经费支出;多渠道筹措资金来源;借助一定的收费服务,推动可持续发展。Funding is one of the key issues which should be addressed in the implementation process of longterm preservation of digital information resources. Based on the analysis of the international theoretical studies and practical experiences, this paper proposes the funding support strategies for long-term preservation of digital information resources in China, including the state leading the financial input, bringing the input on digital preservation in the budget of public information management institutions, bearing expenditures through cooperative projects, raising money by multi-channel and promoting sustainable development by fee-based services.
