摘  要:为解决重载机车、地铁列车FIP网络控制系统与带有CAN接口的车载电气设备(如制动控制单元、牵引控制单元)的互通、互联问题,设计了一款WorldFip-CAN通信网关,用于实现WorldFip总线与CAN总线通信数据的转换。介绍了网关的架构和可靠性设计,详细描述了网关的硬件实现方法和软件设计方法,利用WorldFip网络测试平台对该设备进行了互联、互通的测试。测试结果表明,该网关可实时、可靠地进行CAN网络与WorldFip网络之间通信数据的转发,并为推动我国基于WorldFip网络的轨道列车车载电气部件国产化进程提供了有力支持。In order to solve the problem of intercommunication and interconnection between FIP network control system of heavy load locomotive or subway train and on-board electrical equipments with CAN interface (such as brake control unit, traction control unit, etc.), A WorldFip-CAN gateway was designed, which was used for implementing the data conversion between WorldFip and CAN bus communication. This paper firstly introduced gateway's architecture and reliability design, and then described the design method of gateway's hardware and software in detailed. Finally, a test was carried out to examine this gateway's performance of intercommunication and interconnection via WorldFip network test platform. The test result shows that the gateway is able to realize communication data transmission in real time and reliably between CAN and WorldFip network. The research and development of this device provide a strong support for promoting the localization process of on-board electrical components based on WorldFip network in the field of China railway train.
