摘　　要：目的探讨胰-肾联合移植术后的远期效果及其并发症的处理,提高移植术后远期效果。方法通过对1例1型糖尿病合并尿毒症的患者进行胰-肾联合移植术后14年的随访,对其并发症的处理结果及相关文献进行分析。结果该患者胰-肾联合移植术后出现了多种近远期并发症,但经积极处理,目前仍健康存活,胰腺及肾功能良好。结论胰-肾联合移植是1型糖尿病合并肾衰的一种积极有效的治疗选择,可以提高患者的生活质量,延长患者的寿命。ObjectiveWe attempted to explore long-term effects of simultaneous pancreatic-kidney transplantation（SPK） and treatment of its complications.МethodsWe followed up a case of SPK for 14 years. ResultsNow the patient is alive, thouth she is suffering from many complications of the operation and diabetes mellitus.ConclusionAt present there is no doubt that SPK should be the treatment choice for uremic patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, which can prolong patients’ life spans and improve their qualities of life.
