摘　　要：针对3G移动互联网络和智能移动设备的不断完善,视频应用已不断被应用于商业和娱乐领域。对热门的Android系统进行研究,分析Android平台开放性的特点,结合H.264低码率、高画质的特性,以及实时传输协议RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)的实时传输性,实现一套视频实时编码上传的解决方案。通过移植PC平台的x264库和oRTP库,在移动平台Android上实现了视频的H.264编码技术以及RTP传输技术,从而实现了视频的编码上传功能。To cope with the continuous perfection of 3G mobile Internet and smart mobile devices, video application is continuously applied to business and entertainment regions. The article studies over Android system which is popular, analyzes the openness characteristics of Android platform, and by integrating such characteristics of H. 264 as low bit rate and high image quality as well as the real-timeliness in transmission of RTP （ Real-time Transport Protocol）, realizes a video real-time encoding upload solution. By transplanting x264 library and oRTP library from PC platform, the H. 264 encoding technology for video and RTP transmission technology are implemented on the mobile platform, Android, thus realizing the encoding upload function for video.
