Research on diversity and phylogenetics of Trametes in Fujian province

摘  要:在研究福建省福州市和闽南地区泉州市、厦门市和漳州市木腐菌的过程中,获得6种栓菌,共19个样品,此6种栓菌在福州市均有发现,而云芝栓孔菌(Trametes versicolor)、毛栓孔菌(T.hirsuta)和血红栓菌(T.sanguinea)是常见的种,至少在两个采样的地区均有出现。在总结前人对福建栓菌研究的基础上,从GenBank里查找到相关种已有的ITS序列,并结合本研究中6个种的19条ITS序列,通过PAUP 4.0、MrModeltest、MrBayes和Treeview等软件进行系统发育学分析研究,结果发现17个种的大部分种都可以形成自己独立的分支,但彼此间的关系尚不明确。最后根据子实体的颜色和气味、菌盖的特征、孔口的形状、数量和担孢子的大小等形态特征对目前已知的福建的21种栓菌进行了分类检索。During the investigation of wood decay fungi in Fuzhou city and Quanzhou, Xiamen and Zhangzhou city of Southern Fujian, six Trametes species, totally 19 specimens, were obtained. All the six species could be found in Fuzhou city. Trametes versicolor, T. hirsuta and T. sanguinea were found common in the investigated areas and could be found in at least two investigated areas. Based on the previous studies on Trametes in Fujian province, ITS sequences of the related species from GenBank, together with the 19 ITS sequences obtained in this study, were analyzed for phylogeny with the use of PAUP 4.0, MrModehest, MrBayes, Treeview and other softwares. Most of sequences for the 17 Trametes species formed separate clusters. But the relationships among them were not clear and needed further investigation, As Trametes species in Fujian province are diverse, accounting for more than 60% of known Trametes species in China, to facilitate the identification of Fujian Trametes species in the future, an identification key based on morphology (color, odor of fruiting body, pileus morphology, pore shape and number, basidia size, etc) for the total 21 known Fujian Trametes species was made.
