摘　　要：基于广东省新农保试点地区925名农村居民的实地调查数据,对农民的参保意愿和影响因素进行研究。结果表明,广东新农保虽然参保率较高,但近一半的农民是由于受制于"家庭捆绑式参保"条例被动参保。影响农民主动参保的原因主要在于保障水平过低,另外,投保职工险、不了解政策、收入低和经办手续繁琐也是影响农民参保意愿的重要原因。政府需充分考虑农民参保意愿,改革新农保制度。Based on the data questionnaire of 925 villagers from pilot zone in Guangdong province, this paper analyzed villagers＇ intention to participate in New-Rural-Pension-Scheme and its influencing factors. It concluded that nearly half of villagers were forced to participate in NRPS because of the rule of ＂family member tied together＂, and the low security level was the main influneeing factor of this. Considering villager＇s participation intention, the government should make a more reasonable system.
