中暑病临床方药用量特点的文献研究

摘　　要：本文收集古今中暑病的医案,对治疗中暑病的方药使用和剂量进行统计分析,得出从古至今治疗中暑病有几个趋势:(1)古今均以白虎汤类清气分热方剂的使用为多,古代医案中较多用包含祛暑利湿的碧玉散、益元散、六一散等小方,而现代医案中有自制方的出现。(2)古今均常用清热泻火、清热解毒、清心除烦、养阴类药物,古代医家偏重化痰开窍而现代医家偏重祛湿。(3)从古至今治疗中暑病方剂的药味数有所增加,常用药物的剂量有所增加。According collecting the ancient and modern heat stroke cases , several trends of the formulas and dose of treatment were found through statistical analysis in this paper：（ 1 ） Both past and present the formula of clearing heat in qi like white tiger decoction was more used.In the ancient the formulas of driving away summer heat and dampness were more used such as Biyu Power , Yiyuan Power and Liuyi Power, while modern times the doctors＆#39;own innovative formulas were found .（2） In all ages the commonly used herbs were that of heat-clearing and fire-purging , clearing away heat and toxic materials , clearing away heart-fire and relieving irritability and nourishing Yin .The ancient doctors favored the herbs of reducing phlegm and resuscitation , while the modern doctors favored the herbs of driving away dampness . （3） From ancient to modern times , the herbs and dosage of treating heat stroke were increased gradually .
