摘 要:目的用HPLC法建立石菖蒲去油水煎液的指纹图谱。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-水为流动相,线性梯度洗脱;检测波长为270 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min-1;柱温:30℃。结果初步建立了石菖蒲去油水煎液的HPLC指纹图谱,共标定14个共有峰;17批样品相似度较好。结论所建立方法的精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,为石菖蒲的质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish the fingerprint of deoiling decoction of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods The Diamonsil C18 column(250 mmx 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used, UV detection wavelength was set at 270 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase was a linear gradient of methanol-water at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. Results The HPLC fingerprint of deoiling decoction of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii was preliminarily established and 14 common peaks were displayed in the fingerprint. The 17 batches of samples had good similarity. Conclusion The precision, repeatability and stability of the measurement are subjecting to the standard, and this study will provide reference for quality control of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii.
