HPLC法测定天麻定眩胶囊中天麻素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立天麻定眩胶囊中天麻素含量的测定方法。方法采用SinchromODS—BP（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，乙腈-甲醇-0．05％磷酸溶液（1：2：97）为流动相；检测波长为220nm；柱温：40％；进样体积：10μL。结果天麻素在15．09～503μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9997）；平均回收率为99.4％，RSD=2．52％（n=6）。结论该法简便易行、结果准确、重复性好，可用于天麻定眩胶囊中天麻素的含量测定。Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the determination of gastrodin in Tianma Dingxuan capsules. Methods The HPLC method was validated on Sinchrom ODS-BP chromatographic column （4.6 mmx 250 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.05 % phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 220 nm, column temperature at 40℃ and the volume of injection was 10 μL. Results The calibration curve of the gastrodin showed good linearity in the range of 15.09- 503 μg·mL-1 （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.4 %, and the standard deviation was 2.52（n=6）. Conclusion The developed method is simple and with high precision and accuracy, which can be used for the quality control of Tianma Dingxuan capsules.
