HPLC法测定小柴胡颗粒中柴胡皂苷b_2的含量

摘　　要：目的建立小柴胡颗粒中柴胡皂苷b2含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，phenomenexLuna色谱柱，以乙腈-0．2％二乙胺（35：65）为流动相，流速为1．0mL·min-1，柱温30℃，检测波长254nm。结果柴胡皂苷b2线性范围0．3632～3．6320μg，R2=1．00；平均加样回收率为102．2％，RSD为2．5％。结论该方法准确、稳定，重现性好，可用于小柴胡颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for the determination of saikosaponin b2 in Xiaochaihu Granules. Methods HPLC was performed on Phenomenex Luna column. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile -0.2 % diethylamine （35 ： 65）. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of saikosaponin be was within 0.3632-3.6320 μg, R2=1.00. The average recovery was 102.2%, and RSD=2.5 %. Conclusion The established method is simple, stable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Xiaochaihu Granules.
