摘　　要：高校图书馆藏书质量的好坏与教学、科研工作有着密切的关系。要提高图书馆藏书质量,则必须建立一个良好的采购体系。将从新媒体环境下图书馆书刊采购机制的现状、建立采购机制的必要性进行分析,探讨高校图书馆图书采购机制中的存在问题与措施。The quality of library collections has a close relationship with teaching and research. To improve the quality of li brary collections, it is necessary to build a good procurement system. This paper makes a study of book procure ment mechanism of libraries in the new media environment and the necessity of building procurement mechanism, discusses the problems and measures in the book procurement mechanism of libraries.
