摘　　要：通过分析当前高校图书馆读者培训工作的现状,对提高高校图书馆读者培训工作效果提出具体措施和新方法,提出用户培训评估体系的方案。This paper analyzes the current situation of the present reader.s training of university library and existing problems, proposes theconcrete measures and new ways to improve the quality of reader.s training work in university library, setting of evaluation system.
