摘 要:概述了我国酸雨污染的发展特征以及酸雨污染防治的基本策略。以台州为样本,研究我国东部沿海城市酸雨污染的形成机制及其空间规划的应对策略。通过近5年来台州SO2排放量和酸雨频率的对比分析,指出外部酸性物质的中、远距离输送是台州酸雨污染的主要诱因,冬季是台州酸雨污染防治的重要时段,大气边界层流场对台州酸雨污染的时空分布具有重要影响作用。应用计算流体力学的Fluent软件模拟台州常年冬季主导风向下的大气边界层的流场分布,结果显示:酸雨污染的时空分布与台州地区下垫面的构成具有显著的相关性。在流场模拟的基础上,识别台州大气边界层中潜在的通风廊道,并将其投影到影响流场分布的下垫面上,通过实施下垫面的规划保护,构建以酸雨防治为目标的生态基础设施规划格局,进而形成酸雨防治的区域空间行动策略。The paper analyzed the features of acid rain pollution in China and summarized certain basic controlling and preventing strategies.Taking Taizhou as an example,the paper studied the forming mechanism of acid rain pollution in eastern coastal cities and the coping strategies in related spatial planning.According to a comparative analysis of SO2 emission and acid rain frequency of Taizhou city in last five years,the paper pointed out that middle-or long-distance transmission of external acidic materials were the main cause of acid rain pollution in Taizhou city.Based on the meteorological methods and the inter-season variation of acid rain concentration,it explained spatial-temporal characters of acid rain in Taizhou city.The distribution features of ventilation corridors can be recognized by applying Fluent software to simulate the air flow of atmosphere boundary layer under the main wind direction of Taizhou area in winter; and the results were projected on the underlying surfaces that influence the air flow distribution.With the help of simulation,the framework of EI planning could be constructed,and some regional spatial action strategies were presented to reach the aim of controlling and preventing acid rain.
