摘 要:分析了目前UHF频段调频电路的特点,设计了一种基于SAW单端谐振器UHF频段的调频电路,较为详细地阐述了设计思路:首先是声表面波单端谐振器的优化设计,其次是电路设计;该电路利用变容二极管直接调频,具有结构简单、中心频率稳定、调试方便等特点;适合于无线话筒、无线对讲、无线耳机、无线遥控、无线数据采集等各种中低档无线通信设备中。This paper analyzed the performance of existing UHF frequency modulator, and a UHF frequency modulation circuit based on SAW one-port resonator was designed. The design idea was presented in detail. First, SAW one-port resonator design was optimized. Then frequency modulation circuit was optimized. The varieap diode was used to modulate the frequency directly, thus the circuit has the features of simple structure, stable center fre- quency and easy test. It suits kinds of wireless communication equipments in low and median such as wireless micro- phone, wireless intercom, wireless headset, wireless remote control, wireless data acquisition, etc.
