关系型社会资本对农村被动移民迁移意愿的影响研究

摘　　要：迁移意愿是城镇化背景下农村被动移民迁移过程中决定其迁移决策的一项重要因素,农民的被动迁移已经引起了有关部门和学者的关注。相对于农村劳动力的自愿转移,关系型社会资本在被动移民迁移意愿中起到了关键作用。文章通过问卷调查,运用互动关系质量、关系嵌入程度两个二级社会资本指标对农民迁移意愿的影响进行回归分析。结果表明:农村被动移民的年龄和收入情况对其迁移意愿产生显著影响;农村被动移民的关系型社会资本具有存量较少、范围较窄的特点,且表征关系型社会资本的两个维度即关系质量和关系嵌入度对其迁移意愿有显著影响,且呈现反比例关系。With urbanization , passive migration of farmers has caused great concern from governments and scholars .Contrary to rural labors’ voluntary migration ,relational social capital plays a key role in rural passive migrants’ migration wills .Through questionnaire survey ,this paper conducts a regression analysis between re-lational social capital and migration wills by employing two secondary variables ：relationship quality and the embedded degree of relationship .The results show that the age and income have a remarkable impact on the samples’ migration wills ;the rural passive migrants ow n limited social capital within a narrow scope ,and rela-tionship quality and the embedded degree of relationship have significant influences on the migration wills , w hich show s an inverse proportional relationship .
