摘　　要：文章运用SIP分析框架,结合产业布局的相关理论,构建了一个以SIP框架为主要分析范式的产业布局安全理论研究模式。研究表明:当P-I-S传递有效时,产业布局是安全的;当P-I-S传递失效时,产业布局则是不安全的,并可能陷入"嵌入结构陷阱"。以近年来兴起的液晶平板显示产业为例,验证了该分析范式的合理性,并提出建立产业布局安全预警机制、加强产业集聚、完善市场化的产业布局政策等建议。Based on the theories of industrial layout security ,by using SIP framework ,this paper constructed a SIP-centric research mode on industrial layout security .The main point is that when the transmission mecha-nism of “project-industry-structure”is valid ,the layout of industry is secure .On the contrary ,the layout of in-dustry is insecure and is easy to fall into structural embedded trap if the mechanism fails .This paper took the LCD industry as an example to test and verify the rationality of this framework .Based on the analysis ,the pa-per also provided decision-making suggestions for related departments ,such as constructing the warning mech-anism of layout security ,strengthening industrial concentration and perfecting market-oriented industrial lay-outs .
