论中国马克思主义STS研究范式及其解释功能

摘　　要：目前STS研究中存在的无向化、无心化、边缘化、神秘化等问题,为此提出中国马克思主义STS研究范式。当代中国马克思主义STS研究范式内涵是:随着当代科学技术的发展,科学技术通过形成科技生产力、构建与当代科技生产力相适应的新型生产关系和上层建筑形式等同社会发生作用。要充分发挥中国马克思主义STS范式的解释功能,研究科学技术如何通过转化形成生产力;研究科学技术如何通过形成生产关系对社会经济形态发生作用;研究如何通过与社会主义理论体系结合发挥科学技术对社会政治形态作用;明确通过"中国梦"的实现条件,发挥科学技术对社会意识形态的作用。通过这些努力,解决STS研究的"边缘化""无心化""无向化"和"神秘化"等问题。Currently ,there exist some problems in the study of STS such as loss of orientation and core ,mar-ginalization and mystification ,based on which this paper proposes a research paradigm of Chinese Marxism STS .With the development of contemporary science and technology ,the present STS research is aimed at pin-ning down the ways to promote social development and reform ,especially to change the formations of economy , politics and ideology ,so that the new production relations and superstructure forms fitting modern science and technology could be provided ,which in return would promote the productivity of science and technology .To give full play to the interpretive function of the paradigm ,the paper studies the way science and technology is converted into productivity ;the way science and technology forms production relations to impact social forma-tion ,and the way science and technology integrates with the theoretical system of socialism to impact social politics .Further more ,this paper studies the role science and technology plays in social ideology by making clear the conditions for realizing the Chinese Dream .Through these efforts ,the marginalization ,the core loss , the orientation loss and the mystification of STS research can be solved .
