摘　　要：文章就试航船舶进行海上航行试验过程中,在船舶和人员安全以及海洋污染方面存在的隐患进行了深入分析,提出了从人员素质和法规制度落实两个方面进行相应加强改进的措施和建议。The article carries out an in - depth analysis on ensuring the safety of ships and personnel, as well as the prevention of marine pollution of sea trials ship, proposed two aspects from the quality of personnel and the implementation of appropriate laws and regulations to strengthen the measures and recommendations for improvement
