摘 要:建筑工程质量直接影响人们的生活和社会稳定,因此受到了社会各界的广泛关注。要从根本上消除建筑工程质量问题,就必须找出影响工程质量的因素,深入研究这些因素及其相互作用机理,找出质量问题的根源。本文首先依据对600次典型质量问题案例的深入剖析,归纳出建筑工程质量的九项影响因素;通过解释结构模型将九项影响因素划分为三个层次,定义为直接原因、间接原因和根本原因;进一步根据100位专家的打分结果,利用倍效因素分析方法量化影响因素之间的倍效关系,从而确定工程质量控制的关键因素;最后根据定量分析确定的影响因素之间的关联性,提出了建筑工程质量问题的控制方法,为解决工程质量问题提供有效的理论依据。Construction engineering quality directly affects people's lives and social stability, thus it receives extensive attention from all sectors of society. It is necessary to find out the various factors and their relationship affecting engineering quality for improving the construction quality. Taking 600 item typical engineering quality problems as case study, 13 factors for engineering quality problem were extracted. Interpretation Structure Mode was constructed for the engineering quality affecting factors. As the results, a factor division with 3 levels was determined respectively defined as direct reason, indirect reason and fundamental reason. In addition, the multiplicity and the effect degree were determined according to the judgments of 100 project management experts, which can help to identify the critical factors. Finally, the control methods of construction engineering quality were proposed on the basis of quantitative research results, which provide theoretical significance for resolving engineering quality problems.
