摘 要:研究了4种灌溉方式和5个不同氮肥施用量对寒地粳稻功能叶片抗氧化酶活性及产量的影响。结果表明,抗氧化酶活性以轻干湿交替灌溉下最高,中干湿交替灌溉次之,重干湿交替灌溉最低。产量均表现为轻干湿交替灌溉>常规灌溉>中干湿交替灌溉>重干湿交替灌溉;东农425产量显著高于松粳6号。与其他组合相比,轻干湿交替灌溉与氮肥施用量225kg/hm2的组合显著提高寒地粳稻功能叶片抗氧化酶活性,且产量最高,为灌溉方式与氮肥施用量的最佳组合。The change of japonica rice functional leaves antioxidant enzyme activity and yield were studiedunder four different irrigation modes and five kinds of nitrogen fertilizer application. The results showedthat the antioxidant enzyme activity was the top under light drywet alternate irrigation, followed by moderate dry-wet alternate irrigation, and the lowest under severe dry-wet alternate irrigation. The yields ofDongnong 425 and Songjing 6 were both as follow: light dry-wet alternate irrigation〉normal irrigation〉moderate dry-wet alternate irrigation〉moderate dry-wet alternate irrigation, and the yield of Dongnong425 was significant higher than that of Songjing 6. Compared to other treatments, the combination of lightdry-wet alternate irrigation and nitrogen fertilizer of 225 kg/hm2 could significantly improve japonica ricefunctional leaves antioxidant enzyme activities, and the yield was the highest, which was the optimumcombination of irrigation mode and nitrogen fertilizer application.
