摘　　要：目的探讨白介素8B型受体interluekine8receptorBIL8RB在大鼠脑垂体中的分布和表达。方法用免疫组化法,观察该受体在垂体中的分布。提取组织和原代培养细胞的总RNA,用RTPCR检测该受体mRNA的表达。结果IL8RB+细胞主要分布于垂体前叶。测序结果证实,PCR产物为IL8RBmRNA。结论首次证实在大鼠脑垂体中有IL8B型受体的表达及其分布区。Aim To explore the distribution and expression of interluekin 8 receptor B (IL 8RB) in the rat pituitary. Methods Distribution of IL 8RB and its mRNA expression in rat pituitary tissue were detected by RT PCR and immunohistochemical staining respectively. Results IL 8RB+ distributed mainly in the anterior pituitary. The PCR product is identical with rat IL 8RB. Conclusion It firstly demonstrates that there are IL 8RB distributive position and expression in rat pituitary.
