摘 要:目的研究催产素oxytocin,OT对离体Balb/c小鼠胸腺细胞增殖的影响。方法用3HTdR掺入法,研究在离体培养状态下不同浓度的OT对胸腺细胞增殖的影响。结果在1×105g/l至1×103g/l的范围内OT可使胸腺细胞增殖指数增加,在此范围之外对其增殖指数无明显影响。结论在一定浓度范围内OT有促进胸腺细胞增殖的作用。Aim To reveal the effect of oxytocin on the proliferation of in vitro thymocyte of Balb/c mouse. Methods Study the roles of different concentrations of OT in the proliferation of the thymocytes with the 3H TdR incorporation method. Results Oxytocin, with the concentration ranged from 1×10 5 g/L to 1×10 3g/ L, was able to raise the Proliferative Index(PI) of the thymocytes, while other concentrations of oxytocin had no significant effects on the proliferation. Conclusion Oxytocin is able to promote the proliferation of thymocyte in vitro within a certain range of concentrations.
