异五型抽油机节能再制造技术研究与应用

摘　　要：目前新疆油田异五型机配置18.5kw电机,存在"大马拉小车"现象,针对这一问题,在异五型抽油机尾部加装下偏杠铃来改变其仅曲柄平衡的平衡方式,成为游梁曲柄复合平衡,实现异五型抽油机的节能再制造,通过现场试验从平衡等方面做出分析评价,再制造后配置电机功率下降,有功节电率达20%以上,取得一定节能效果。丰富了抽油机节能再制造技术,推动了抽油机再制造和油田节能步伐。So far,The motor power pumping unit of xinjiang Oil field is 18. 5kw,so the phenomenon of power and utilization mismatching exists. According to the current issue,installing low barbell chang the way of cramk balance only,become beam cramk balance,realize energy conservation reproducing. Through field experiment of balance,analysis and evaluation are made. after the power declines by 20%,pumping unit energy conservation reproducing tchnology is enriched. so the step of pumping unit reproducing and Oil field energy conservation is promoted.
