摘　　要：取消药品加成是公立医院改革的重要内容。取消药品加成政策对医院收入结构和结余等方面带来了影响和成本压力;对此,要加大政府对公立医院的投入、加强医院成本管理、优化医疗服务,使取消药品加成政策能够顺利进行。Cancel drug addition is an important part of public hospitals reform. And this policy also had an impact and cost pressures on hospital income structure and balance. So it should increase government investment in public hospitals, strengthen the management of hospital costs, and optimize medical services, in order to make drug addition cancel policy proceed smoothly.
