良性子宫苗勒管囊肿的超声特点及诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨良性子宫苗勒管囊肿的超声特点及病理学特征。方法:研究3例经手术证实为良性子宫苗勒管囊肿患者的超声表现及病理组织学和ER、PR免疫组化标记特征。结果:良性子宫苗勒管囊肿临床罕见,症状和体征无特异性。超声显示囊肿位于靠近身体中线部位,单房或多房,囊壁薄,透声好。上皮为单层立方或柱状,局部有纤毛;ER、PR免疫组化染色阳性。结论:超声检查可发现囊肿并初步诊断,确诊需要病理学检查。Objective：To investigate the ultrasonic characteristics and diagnosis of benign mullerian cysts of the uterus.Method：Three patients with benign mullerian cysts of the uterus confirmed by operation in our hospital were researched. The ultrasound manifestations and the characteristics of pathological histology and ER,PR immunohistochemical markers were analyzed.Result：Benign mullerian cysts of the uterus were very rare.The symptoms and signs were not typical.The mullerian cysts which were unilocular or multilocular were often found on the midline of the body by ultrasonic examination.The cyst walls were thin and the cysts were clear.The cyst walls were lined by simple cuboidal or columnar cells,which were focally ciliated.Immunohistochemical tests showed the lining cells were positive for estrogen and progesterone receptors.Conclusion：Benign mullerian cysts of the uterus can be founded and diagnosed initially by ultrasound.Final diagnosis are made by histological and immunohistochemical analysis.
