摘  要:利用计算流体动力学程序进行蒸气云爆炸后果评价是目前流行的方法。鉴于AutoReaGas保守地将气体的浓度分布假定为均匀的化学计量浓度场,导致模拟的气体爆炸后果比实际测量值或事故现场观测值偏大的问题,针对性地对AutoReaGas程序进行了改进:先利用Fluent软件计算出非均匀浓度场,并开发了AutoReaGas软件接口,可以将Fluent软件的计算结果耦合进AutoReaGas软件,把原来均匀分布的浓度场替换成非均匀的浓度场,然后再执行求解器的运算,这样就能得到气体爆炸的温度、压力等变量。将其数值模拟结果与自然扩散型气云爆炸的实验结果进行对比,结果表明:新提出的非均匀混合气云爆炸的数值计算更加符合实验结果,有效地提高了计算精度,也验证了改进计算方法的有效性。在此基础上,应用改进的计算方法及程序对某盐岩储气库地面注采站天然气爆炸的后果进行了实例模拟分析,结论认为:改进的AutoReaGas软件能较好地模拟盐岩天然气地下储气库注采站非均匀混合的高斯气云爆炸。由此进一步扩大了该软件的适用范围。The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models are increasingly being used to assess the consequences of vapor cloud explosion (VCE). However, the simulated results are greater than the actual measured and field observation values because AutoReaGas conservatively assumed that the concentration field is uniform and stoichiometric. Therefore, AutoReaGas was revised through embedding an interface code which could replace with the actual heterogeneous concentration field calculated by Fluent. The proposed interface code was validated against experimental measurements of VCE caused by natural diffusion. Thus, the variables such as temperature, pressure, etc. were obtained when gas explosion occurred. Comparing between the simulation results and previous ex perimental results, we concluded that the revised AutoReaGas can improve the calculation accuracy and its feasibility is also validated. A successful case study of a certain salt cavern type of underground gas storage (UGS) not only proves this revised numerical method is practical hut further expands the application range of the AutoReaGas.
