摘 要:提高既有建筑节能改造综合效益是建筑可持续发展的本质要求。从价值视角界定增值寿命内涵,明确节能改造项目价值的表现形式——综合效益,运用系统动力学对节能改造综合效益的形成过程进行综合分析,探究经济效益、社会效益和环境效益3个子系统的反馈关系,剖析综合效益的内在影响因素及其反馈关系的互动规律,揭示改进节能技术、提高ESCO收益、提高公众参与积极性和降低能源消耗等提升综合效益的基本特征。Improving comprehensive benefit of existing building energy-saving renovation is the basic requirement of building sustainable development. From the perspective of value to define increased life value, clearing comprehensive benefit is the manifestation of the value on energy-saving renovation project. The article use system dynamics to analyze the formation process of energy-saving renovation comprehensive benefit, and to explore the feedback relation among the three subsystems of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit, as the same time, to analyze inner factors of comprehensive benefit and the relationship among the factors, Further, to reveal the basic characteristics of improving energysaving technology, improving ESCO revenue, improving public participation enthusiasm and reducing energy consumption will improve comprehensive benefit.
