摘 要:选用液体硫化黑和不同还原剂对纯棉针织物进行染色后,再用酸性纤维素酶对染色后的织物进行处理,通过测定织物K/S值、毛羽、顶破强力、织物上蛋白吸附量及硫含量等指标来综合分析织物上硫含量对纤维素酶作用效果的影响。结果显示,选用葡萄糖作为还原剂时,织物上硫含量最少,毛羽下降百分比最多,同时织物顶破强力下降最大;而硫化钠作为还原剂时,硫含量最多,毛羽下降百分比最小,顶破强力下降最少。表明选用无硫还原剂用于硫化黑染色可以降低织物上硫含量,提升纤维素酶的作用效果。Liquid sulfur black 1 and reducing agents were selected for pure cotton knits dyeing with acid cellulase treatment followed. The K/S value, hairiness removal rate, bursting strength, protein absorption and sulphur content of fabric were measured to evaluate the cellulase performance. The result shows that minimum sulfur content was detected with maximum hairness removed and burst strength lowest when glucose was used as reducing agent, whereas maximum sulphur content was detected with minimum hairness removed and burst strength highest when sodium sulfide was used as reducing agent. It is conclused that sulphur black dyeing with sulphur-free reducing agent could reduce suphur content in the fabric and promote cellulase performance.
