高速转杯纺专用涤纶短纤YZW150的纺纱实践

摘　　要：介绍了仪征化纤高速转杯纺专用涤纶短纤YZW150的性能和纺纱应用情况，并和普通涤纶短纤进行了对比。在纺19．44—29．16tex纯纺纱时，YZW150可适应110000r／min以上的高速，且断头率较低，而且纺杯中的白粉含量也较少。在涤纶短纤的高速转杯纺中，使用涤纶专件可提供更好的可纺性。高速转杯纺纱的断裂强度低于环锭纱，但其毛羽少、有身骨，适合特定的产品。In this paper, the performances and applications of YZW150 PET staple fiber which is special for high speed rotor spinning and offered by Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company Limited are presented and compared with that of normal PET staple fiber. When spinning 19.44 - 29.16tex pure yarn, YZW150 can be spun with the rotor speed of up to 110 000 r/min, showing low end-breaking rate and low white powder deposition in the rotor. When spin PET staple fiber on high speed rotor spinning machine, the use of accessories special for PET is very important. The break strength of rotor-spun yarn is lower than that of ring-spun yarn, but the rotor - spun yarn is of less hairness and more stiffness, suitable to make special end-use product.
