全聚纺与网格圈紧密纺成纱质量对比

摘  要:在QFA1528型细纱机上分别加装了全聚纺与网格圈型紧密纺系统,纺制纯棉纱线和粘胶纱线。对两种纱线的成纱条干、毛羽和强力进行对比分析。指出:两种纱线的趋势一致,全聚纺与网格圈型紧密纺相比,成纱毛羽稍差、强力相当、条干有所改善。Pure cotton yarn and pure Viscose yarn have been spun on QFA1528 spinning machine added with complete condensing spinning device and four roller lattice apron compact spinning device respectively with the properties comparison of the two kinds of spun yarns including yarn evenness, hairiness and strength presented. It shows that the spun yarn produced by complete condensing spinning has a little more hairiness, identical strength and a little better evenness than that spun by lattice apron compact spinning.
