摘 要:驱动滚筒是带式输送机的传动部件,与轴之间多采用胀套联接结构。不同型式的胀套联接,驱动滚筒所受应力是不同的。选用Z1、Z2、Z3型三种不同的胀套,利用ANSYS的建模功能分别建立起三种胀套联接驱动滚筒的三维有限元模型,分别对这三种胀套联接型式的滚筒进行静力学分析,得出在胀套预应力与驱动滚筒工作载荷共同作用下的滚筒应力数值及分布情况。通过比较三种胀套联接型式滚筒的应力分布规律,确定了应力最小并且分布最均匀的胀套联接型式,为驱动滚筒的胀套联接选用提供理论依据和思路。The drive drum is transmission part of belt conveyor. The taper--lock connection is of- ten adopted between drive drum and shaft. With different types of taper--lock connection being adopt- ed, the stress acting on drive drum is different. The three kinds of Z1, Z2,Z3 type taper--lock are se- lected,the 3D finite element models of these three types taper--lock connection drive drum is respec- tively built by using the modeling capability of ANSYS and then the statics analysis of these three types taper--lock connection drum is carried out. Then the stress value and distribution under the ac- tion of taper--lock prestress and drive drum working load are got. The stress distribution law of these three taper--lock connection types is compared, and the taper--lock connection type whose has the least stress and uniformly distribution is determined. The theoretic basis and train of thought is pro- vided for drive drum taper--lock connection selection.
